Kirthi Chawla while speaking to the media said,” I have donned the role of heroine in Swetha. I have acted in kissing scene and swim suit scenes because the story demanded it. What is wrong in acting when the story demands it?

I am donning the role of a blind girl in the film Kulasekaranum Koolipadayum. I am acting realistically without make up in this film. This film will prove who Karthi Chawla is. Many are asking me that in spite of completing 25 films why I am not number one.

I have donned different kind of roles in the film Thirumathi Tamizh and Ninaivil Nindraval. I will be on the top after the release of these films.”
