Surya says that he will continue to act in Hindi films if there is good story

Surya said that he is willing to act in Hindi films that have good stories. Recently speaking to the media, he said,” I have acted in the film Rattha Charithram directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Since this film is being produced in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages, I spoke in that particular language and acted.

I learnt Hindi from a teacher from Madurai. I know Telugu. Many are asking whether I will continue to act in Hindi films. I will definitely act in a Hindi film if I get a different kind of role which I cannot do it in a Tamil film. At the same time the film should have a good storyline.

We have not justified the murders that happen in the film Rattha Charithram. We have shown that how a youth affected by a particular gang takes revenge on them. This film is based on a real incident. I have donned the role of Suri who is in prison in Andhra Pradesh.”
