Hrithik Roshan’s Kites out of Chennai theatres

Kites which has Hrithik Roshan in the lead role has been banned by Tamil cinema. His Hindi film has been taken out of the four theatres. The Indian International Film Festival is being held in Colombo.

The whole South Indian community has boycotted this festival. South Indian cinema industry has barred the actors from participating in this festival. But few actors from Bollywood including Hrithik Roshan have participated in this event.

Now the industry has banned the screening of their films in Tamil Nadu. Kites which has Hrithik Roshan has been released recently in Ega, Sathyam, P V R and Inox. Since Hrithik Roshan participated in the event without bothering about the ban, ‘Naam Tamizhar Iyyakkam’ protested that his films should not be screened. In continuation of this the film was taken out of the theaters.
