Aadhi speaks about the films he is acting

Aadhi who had acted in Mirugam and Eeram is currently acting in Ayyanar and Kumbamela. While speaking to us about the films he is acting, he said,” I am acting in role called Idhaya Kani in the film Kumbamela directed by Prakash.

Prabhu is donning the role of my father. He is a great fan of MGR in this film. So he christens my name as Idhaya Kani. This film is a family oriented story with action. Poorna is pairing with me. Suresh sir is donning the role of a villain. When you see the film, you will be surprised to see Suresh. His role is so much different.

Ravichandran and K R Vijaya madam are also acting in this film. The role which I am doing in this will be quite different from the other films I have acted. I am donning the role of a jolly good fellow roaming with girls and taking money from dad. But at the same time I am affectionate towards the family. The small matter that happens because of this affection is the incidents of this film.

Basically director Prakash is a dialogist. Each dialogue in this film is appreciable .The beginning and end of each scene will be unexpected. I have not acted with big stars in my films. In this film there were lots of senior artists. So I was little perturbed when I went for shooting. But once the shooting commenced it was really jolly. Prabhu sir looked like my father.

Suresh sir, Ravichandran sir and K R Vijaya madam all of them moved like a family. I was easily able to learn lot of matters by acting with senior artists. I am also acting in a film Ayyanar directed by Sigamani. This film is to be released soon. I am donning the role called Prabha. This film is about brother’s sentiment with action. Meera Nandan is pairing with me. The film Sarithiram directed by Sami is also ready for release.”
